Socio-historical plane of social stigmatization is highlighted and discussed in the article. The focus is on socially vulnerable groups of the society as social stigmatiza¬tion objects. Socio-historical plane of social stigmatization is analyzed through the prism of government involvement of various power technologies. Social stigmatization genealogy is presented through the historical evolution of relations between the state and the citizens in the «power normalization»context.Downloads
