ТРУДНОЩІ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ ЄС ТА КНР ЩОДО ВИРІШЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ ІРАНСЬКОЇ ЯДЕРНОЇ ПРОГРАМИ

У статті було доведено, що актуальність обраної теми зумовлена значним впливом Китаю та ЄС на переговори щодо врегулювання проблеми іранської ядерної програми. У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз політики ЄС та КНР щодо врегулювання проблеми іранської ядерної програми. У роботі також зазначено, що з часів правління в США президентської адміністрації Дональда Трампа ЄС і КНР розглядаються як важливі актори у врегулюванні проблеми ядерної програми Ірану. Саме тому основною метою роботи є оцінка впливу на європейську безпеку політики Китаю і ЄС щодо розвитку ядерної програми Ісламської Республіки Іран (ІРІ). У статті згадано історію взаємин КНР і Ірану в ядерній сфері та відзначено важливу роль Китаю в розвитку іранської ядерної програми. Також зазначено, що той факт, що країни ЄС є партнерами або союзниками США, які є головним суперником ІРІ, ускладнив діалог між Євросоюзом та Іраном. У статті показано, що за часів президентства Махмуда Ахмадинеджадуд ядерна програма ІРІ не була контрольована міжнародною спільнотою, що і підштовхнуло Китай підтримати санкції Ради Безпеки ООН проти Ірану.
У статті також зазначено, що ЄС до кінця 2000-х, так само як і КНР, без ентузіазму ставився до політики США, спрямованої проти Ірану. Були досліджені ірано-китайські взаємини у ядерній сфері. Відзначено, що незважаючи на те, що КНР зацікавлена в експорті іранських енергоресурсів, Пекін уже не буде миритися з наявністю ядерної зброї в руках Ірану. Зроблено пpипущення, що той факт, що Китай виступає проти ядерного статусу ІРІ, дає йому можливість налагодити співпрацю з ЄС у випадку, якщо Іран вирішить набути ядерну зброю. Відзначено, що КНР мала важливе значення у переговорах щодо підписання Спільного всеосяжного плану дій (СВПД) тобто ядерної угоди з Іраном. У статті згадані подальші дії ЄС і КНР після розірвання СВПД. Розглянуті перспективи подальшого розвитку ситуації довкола іранської ядерної програми. У результаті дослідження було зроблено висновок про те, що Китай і ЄС зіграли важливу роль у досягненні СВПД та проведенні дипломатичних переговорів з Іраном. У статті відзначено посилення ролі Пекіна як ключового партнера Тегерану та зменшення впливу ЄС на зовнішню політику Ірану.
